So my old trezor stopped working. (The web wallet asks me for the pin but screen is blank )

I needed to call for a new one and owing to Corona virus delivery from the official website will take 2-3 weeks with ups delivery. So I wanted to know how reliable and safe it is to call for a new trezor from the official resssler of the region/amazon.
