I think binance coin has the features you are looking for.it does not fall easily.As the binance develops, its price increases.
BNB is very volatile too. Look to their charts.

From top altcoins anyone can find a low volatile coin. From a coin history you could catch up with the low price of any top altcoins. We like volatile coins, but we don't like dumps. So we can wait until the price goes up. Invest in dump altcoins and hold it until you get enough profits.
