Hello, do you think as a user, after deposit, is it fair to play with x the amount of money before you can withdraw? Thanks.
If you really don't want to gamble on that platform then there is no point of depositing your funds there so its really fair and nothing wrong with it and it also restrict people abusing the deposit bonuses.

He just want to deposit there after all casino platforms are not going to freeze amounts if its coming from a wallet that had been flagged. Do they?  Is it possible that a hacker who has stolen funds use a casino to clean the coins out by sending it to a new BTC address?

Huge deposits and withdrawals will be getting more attention from the gambling sites and that is why they often hold the high amount withdrawal for verification if they found any kind of suspicious actions.Even gambling sites can be used to launder the money by gambling and making profits from it but I guess it depends on the gambling sites terms, AML policies will be strict with most of the sites so the funds will be locked forever if they found it.

I don't think that money launders uses gambling sites to move money from one place to another. They can use mixer services and exchanges too for this purpose where there no hassle of wagering etc.
