It wasn't really an interview, it was one list of questions. An interview (where one question is sent at a time) could actually be more interesting, as you can have follow up questions depending on the answers.

If people know what questions are in advance you will probably get more interest as people know what to expect and whether they'd be OK answering them.
I didn't know the questions in advance, but I did say I wouldn't answer anything that can be used to identify me. Anyone can of course just say: "I'm not answering this".
