[PRE-ANN] RebasixOne and Only Coin with Rebase

Pre-Announcement of Rebasix Coin

Probably you have heard about tokens with rebase contracts.

It is time for coin with it's own blockchain.

We are testing rebase function implemented to DASH code.

Source code isn't public till mainnet release.
