I ever print out the seed in a barcode format.Not the safest Idea but I store my seed on the cloud but not just as simply.
I know some specific for that, like boxcryptor where can encrypt your file in the cloud.To be honest, I saved my seeds in my Google drive or Google sheet all my seeds are placed in there and it is easy to use and for me it is the safest place to store my seeds.
