These "bulk" amazon gift cards he is reselling are
scammed/stolen. When I say scammed/stolen I am referring to coercion scams(i.e: craiglist, ransomware, virus pop-up, IRS phone calls, warranty phone calls, ect.)
These are obtained from victims that are forced/threatened/coerced into buy these cards. Receipts MEAN NOTHING. The victims are told to provide pictures.
Even though this piece of human waste is not the original scammer, he is just as bad for being part of a scam that preys on the unfortunate.
