Exolix took the time to respond here yet they are not even responding to my support emails. They will simply try to make me jump through so many KYC hoops untill I get exhausted.

Not returning the funds to the originating sender is simply scamming me. Because who benefits in the end? Exolix. They get to keep the money as long as they say its suspicious.
