Once you will be able to claim your reward, the game will ask you to provide a payment invoice. Both Electrum and your c-lightning node are able to generate it. As I mentioned earlier, first, you have to open a channel with some other node and spend some coins so that you can receive (check out the FAQ for explanation). This is the developer's node. You can also choose a node from here; it's sorted by the channel count.
