It seems quite strange that the allocation for the 0% team is not very reasonable, so what is the salary for the ETGF project team? Do they get nothing from their work?

Didn't you see that? The announcement has stated if the team got 0% but in fact, the tokens that will have gotten by the team has already sold through the pre-sale.
That means if the team gets 20% of the total supply which will be sold on the pre-sale stage.
This is not actually 0% for the team.
