users will export their keys from the old wallet, and import them to the new wallet.
then, send coins from the old wallet to a specific address, and the system will send new coins to the same address that the coins were received from.

Coins on exchange will be swapped by exchange?
Bitcoin Fast -v3.1.1.0-release - dumpprivkey <bitcoinfastaddress> , then importprivkey <bitcoinfastaddress> to new Bitcoin-fast core wallet.
