the biggest problem is maybe the one who hit that 5.8mil bets don't know about that, and there will be no winner if he doesn't posted on chat after he hit that

I suggest you to read this thread about the 5.8 million bet promo.
It is not the first time for crypto.games having this kind of milestone promotion and there is always a winner.
Even if the one who hit the milestone bet do not post on chat, it means that the reward will go to the next bet.
In this case the milestone is 5.8 million, in a case like what you say means that the reward will go to the one who hit 5,800,000,001
If the one who hit 5,800,000,001 do not post on chat as well then it will go to the next bet until there is a winner.

The argument that @panjul07 makes that there will be a winner even if the first few don't post in the chat makes sense in a way. The only issue with this is that without people knowing about it they wouldn't post and even if it goes to the nth person a winner might not be selected if there is a certain time limit to claim the prize. You can imagine that if the time restriction applies, then this contest loses its meaning or the players would be on it 24/7 checking if they're the winner or not. This is something that needs to be clarified further. I couldn't find any details myself, but if you do pls share.
I believe if there is a huge win on the line, they have an account so there should be money putting on that account when they won something, instead of claiming on chat. Sure that is another way of doing it to make people stay online and chatting, they could claim that way if they want to, but at the same time I feel like there is a huge chance that the person who bets on the 5.8 million may not be able to chat at the same time and be too late to realize he hit it and chat.

So, I suggest if a person does it, we all know their account, just put the reward on their account and notify them with the mail they registered and that's it, we do not need them to be on chat. This would cause the chat to slow down a bit but it would also make sure the winner gets it for sure.
