Not advisable to buy any amount of it after it have been shilled. A total lose trade for those who will invest after this project has been shilled. Even though these kind of project has no bright future, traders still try to invest on these projects if it has cheap open market price from an exchange, believing that it will get pumped later on, then they will be those that will pump it if it reached they preferred ATH of the coin. It is a risky trade, I don't prefer it.
