I don't think that's possible. This is only possible where there is paper money. The government has done a lot to help the people in their country's corona situation by doing this. This is currently almost impossible to do in the case of Bitcoin. There are still many countries that do not approve Bitcoin for their country, They declared the use of Bitcoin illegal for there country people.

With or without government restrictions. Bitcoin has been and is still being used as a means of payment between people in the cryptocurrency community. In a transaction, the most important thing is trust, comfort and agreement between the seller and the buyer. Both sellers and buyers already know the legal basis and risks of transactions using bitcoin. As long as the goods purchased are paid for in accordance with the agreement, whatever form of money is not a problem along with the existing conveniences, starting from exchangers to other online financial platforms.
