To be fair, if the OP is ok with purchasing a license to the image before commercial use, then it would be okay. Designer prob should've mentioned this in post though.
Then there is no point for holding this contest if the project owner have to spend another money for a license. And it's a big shame if you submit a design that isn't originally made by you to a contest, even though you have purchased the license.Please confirm nellayar as we don't want to get involved in any copywrite issues, and jayce and roycilik you might me late still send me your address for participation prize.
