The idea of the project is very noble and kind - to connect someone who helps and someone who needs help. Person who needs can simply explain what he/she needs on the website
So it's like a platform for service seekers and service recipients, I've often seen platforms like this, often look lonely either because the admin can't be trusted or nowadays people love to do it alone with google as their teacher.
