The information that Betnomi presents here is incorrect. From the point of view and perspective from Curacao, every betting office is obliged to go through the KYC procedure. I don't know from what amount, but from a certain amount every company is obliged to request this documentation. Has nothing to do with internal management. The only reason Betnomi is probably writing that here is to be able to win customers that way. As has already been stated, it is much more important to be open towards customers. You also know very well that you are obliged to perform the KYC checks from an X number of euros. Then don't pretend that is not necessary. I must say that the site looks nice, but more and more negative points are starting to surface. This is also the case with the company Viabet.
Surely there will be more connections with them than is claimed here.
Suppose you start your own gambling site, on your own platform, then the last thing you want is that your name is linked to another company?
Just took a look at "viabet.com", but that site turns out not to exist. Is all this safe guys? I get a very bad feeling about this.

It is obvious to us at this point, you are some kind of a paid troll or have your own personal agenda or simply not capable of doing any kind of a meaningful research. (we suggest you do that before spewing stuffs out)
In your previous comment, you stated there is a 3000 EUR limit and now, you don't know? You have no idea what kind of  licensing or regulatory compliance is required on our part. We understand this is crypto and most people are not too excited giving out personal information for privacy and or some other reason. Here at Betnomi, we do and will continue minimize the amount of personal information we require from our users.

One thing we recognize is, you most likely do not understand what KYC means. We have never required KYC from any user. We never requested anyone to provide any kind of ID for verifications etc.
What we require is not a KYC. Its simply profile data. You claim "it has nothing to do with internal management" which is a clear display of ignorance. We have various systems in place, risk management and other such system that are programmed in a way that requires these information's to assess and identify fraudulent users who abuse promotions and the system through various means. This is the only reason for this information. Nothing Else!

Just a few comments before, we categorically stated, we are not linked to any company in anyway except maybe in these circumstances " same premade site builder templates, payment gateway providers or same/ related master gaming license holder" But again, you are bringing up this "Viabet" nonsense. We have no relationship with them!

" Is all this safe guys? I get a very bad feeling about this" ?  I can confirm on behalf of our company that, we do not care about your feelings. We care only about facts and educated guesses. Always here to address any kind of concerns, receive feedbacks, suggestions and most importantly, keep improving the platform and services. What we are not going to do is waste time on baseless stuffs like these. We have been here since 2019 and no credible, matter of fact, no claims of we ever scamming anyone. We have worked too hard for this and for the last time, we don't care how you feel.
