It can be instant if you're lucky and withdraw few seconds before a BTC block has been mined.
And even then, you'll just see it in your wallet as pending, because it needs anywhere from 3 to 12 confirmations

No, I was talking about the system withdrawal process. The transaction was sent as soon as I pressed the confirmation on the withdraw page. It has nothing to do with the Bitcoin block confirmation since it is a different processing system.
