I read you are experienced in gambling and been there for 15 years (nearly). Can you also tell us your statistics like your netto overall profit/loss? (an estimation then of course).
Sad to hear about the suicide situation. There are more things in life than to think about money. Life and health are more important.
The idea of suicide or killing myself has never occur to me no matter how hard life has been I just believe that when a person commits suicide it would just repeat nonstop even when they die so I choose to live instead of killing myself eternally and keep it on repeating.
And I also agree on all of your tips and it is really helpful to follow it all.
And I am also interested in seeing your overall profit/loss for 15 years although it would really be hard to track it all and I think you already move on to some of the worst bet you made maybe you could check them again and just smile thinking how hard it has been because of that bet.
Committing suicide is never an answer to anything because there are other options which can be looked upon and life is such a beautiful to live and enjoy. Also, if people are in their discipline then people would not lose big in gambling which is one major reason for committing suicide or getting addicted and cannot come over from it.
