Can defi be regulated or should it be regulated?
in my opinion, not just defi, i think the whole space need some form of regulation in other to set things aright, the whole space is filled with scam project and lately defi project becomes an icing on the cake, only regulations can reduce the manner at which defi's are popping up some are exiting scam at will, so i think regulation is needed in both space.
If this is the case then we stop all of this, no more decentralization let's bring back Paypal and do transaction through backs and credit card, I think you don't understand this technology and the underlying principles of Satoshi Nakamoto, it's all smart contract based and, people are investing without doing research or understanding the concept of Decentralized Finance, if they cannot get the concept then don't invest.
