Can defi be regulated or should it be regulated?
The whole point of Defi movement is to avoid centralized regulation but some sort of regulation is usually present by the governance model which is done using voting by the token holders.
In most of countries economy is regulated by govs for some extent, so crypto is a part of economy and its regulations are inevitable.
Anyway, I think there is a golden middle between ultimate crypto centralization and decentralized anarchy type crypto market where users are safe from scammers and their personal data remains personal
