Any of the addresses from your electrum wallet should be fine. At the end of the day, they are all part of your wallet. What I think might have happened could be that
1. Transaction has not yet been confirmed
2.  You send funds to an address that does not belong to the wallet you created in Electrum

Can you check your Transaction D using blockchair.com to find out if your transaction was confirmed or If the address that received your bitcoins matches one of the addresses in your electrum wallet?
