Nah, it's only effective to those who accepts 0-confirmation, plus it's a detailed example on what happened to OP, plus he's looking for a video example.
It will never be an issue for usual bitcoiners, Exhanges and "well-built" services that accepts 0-confirmartion non-RBF deposits.
