Taking a look at those pics you've posted OP, it seems that your huvry board is made up by attacking a short piece of plastic or metal that resembles a skateboard to a pair of flat lights on the flip side of the board.

That board would have great use as a flashlight, thought it's not that good as a mobile instrument since its so big.
