Almost going on 3 weeks with 3 DEAD miners, PLEASE replace them ASAP stop stalling.are you sure they are dead? I noticed that when i got my units, a few of them didn't power on. Then it seems by turning the barrel plugs around a few times, it made contact and started right away. I guess there is some dirt or rust on the contact points? or do they just don't power on even when just connected to USB connection?
worked with support for hours, they are dead. (keep in mind he sent us the RED ones)

3 dead miners and all he does is ignore me.
Now I'm hearing he wants OLD controller back and he will send V2 with new firmware!
A GOOD company will send the new controllers and we send old so we do not lose mining time.
