The forum is a text based forum and the admin can not write a tweet to convey his idea. You can not copy and paste a topic on the forum into Twitter. It will exceed total character limits, certainly.

Because I clearly said twitter would be used for posting short stats or posting screenshots, and not for writing long posts.
