13. Uses terms like "our staff" and "management decision" and "international team" in at least 3, 4 (?), 5 (?) international locations.
14. Does not have a registered company.
15. Here it gets judgemental, but maybe it helps some beginners who are impressed by words: the "data center" is not a data center. Nothing bad about that, but the terminology is wrong and misleading. On the other hand, many cryptocurrency-related enterprises (and individuals) are talking about data center(s) even when it's obvious they've put all their equipment in a garage, basement or some warehouse. So maybe this has already been accepted by the community.
16. Links to a Bitcoin profitability calculator from their website (FAQ) that does not take into account network difficulty.
I'm not saying they are a scam. But I have a different understanding of "maximum clarity" (quote).
