Why there is already a coin in such a small exchange? I think you guys should make a better plan, it's too soon to create your own coin/token.

It seems that the users who put negative trust on your profile are not satisfied with your answers regarding that particular problem of one customer of your exchange. That case will give you hard time to get new traders on board. But anyway, what do you think are your bottlenecks why not so many traders are using your platform? And how can you address them? Also, I have known several new coins that were listed in your exchange before and now they don't have anymore buy order. So I believe you need to avoid listing obvious crap coins.
Regarding bad reviews, they are all related to Nutucoin which had a flaw in their blockchain. We have only good feedback otherwise. Traders need trust and it is with time that we will prove our seriousness, our main mission is to bring a trading and listing opportunity to small currencies against the big platform greedy for Bitcoin.
