According to his linkedin profile, https://www.linkedin.com/in/brandonralphyates only "worked" on this Vegascoin in 2014 only and the fact it had been floated on crypo-exchange up until a couple of years ago, morally and arguably legally gives him no rights to the Vegascoin (unless there is some patent on Vegascoin that I am unaware of)
