I think this is the kind of logo a fashion brand is looking for. Most fashion brands have minimalist logos with custom fonts and very few colors. Looking at them gives off an impression of elegance, and not a playful or childish feel, which is exactly what they want customers to think when they see their logo.

I guess the OP really had something in mind on what kind of logo they will choose. There are also many minimalist approach designs that also had great ideas such as Insanerman's
Every participant must submit their logos here and not on PM and if you want to use your previously submitted logos, please post them again because it would be easier to keep track of. If you want to submit new logos (now you have an idea which kind of logos won), still please repost your old submissions.
Even many had minimal and elegant designs, they didn't managed to win this contest. I hope they still can submit within the time frame with the ideas of what kind of logos the OP wants. But yes, jayce really had nailed it.
