Payment method (card details) is liable to stay in Alipay, that is why we cannot make a purchase from the customer's account on AliExpress. As for the other websites, in most cases customers ask to buy from their account on the websites where they have some kind of bonus program (they get points for purchases).
And yes, we do provide tracking information, as soon as we get it from the store, always
