I was offered a match deposit bonus, i deposited with my own money, did the rollover, and then you simply deny your part of deal with fake accusation of me playing with "shady"(!!!) plays.
What i did was 3 UFC fight bets over 2.0 odds like in your rules.
Over that there was problems with cashout, it took two months and alot of photosessions.

If you have a problem and you have tried to solve it and you still receive no response maybe it is time to present to the community the evidence that you have and see if they agree with you that they have been negligent when dealing with you, so the first question is have you been able to withdraw your money even without the bonus? If yes then this could be just a big confusion, however if they are denying you your money when you have followed their rules then there are some grounds to be suspicious about their actions.So whats up with the promised help?

I think @MAkaroni should ask admin directly on this matter, is there any mistake in the rules they enforce? if not then this needs to be fought if you already get a bonus from the sports betting, if they refuse with any reason then we need to consider where the point of problem is so that it must be resolved faster if you want to improve the reputation of this casino.
