this payment is requested by Coinomi for the maintenance costs of nodes and platform, of this we have in collection fund 0.5 BTC, we are missing only 1.5 BTC.

So are the payments made periodically?
Is this what all those multicurrency wallets do? Ask for payments in order for one's coin to be supports

I think this is only the case with Coinomi. I have never seen such a demand from other multi wallet operators, but that's just my guess.

This would be interesting.... I rly dont care for coinomi... and if the are rly the only one doing this why support this?

I think because it's a good wallet and many people use it (not me). It also certainly strengthens BitCore's good reputation.
