If Betfury don't have proof that they purchased this logo from original author than this is clear case of plagiarism.
I am not sure who worked on their design, so there is a chance that designer has done this but that does not make it any better for owners of Betfury.
Let's wait for their explanation.
Many companies go wrong with this. Even if you were to pay for a photo or animation to use, it is neither intended nor permitted to be used for commercial purposes. Then it is only allowed for personal use. I also don't think they will be difficult for a small website. But for a betting site this is really not allowed. If they went one step further and claim that it is their design, then we are really dealing with fraud. Now it only seems to me to be an intellectual property infringement rights. Think it would be wise if they take it out ASAP. Well found by the way Casdinyard.
TBH I'm not really kind of suspicious with the BetFury's legitimacy as the platform itself seems to be taken seriously by their team. But the would really describe them, their integrity and their reputation. Hence, they must be cautious that if we were right with allegations, they might end up being redtagged both in this forum and in the whole crypto community. I do also talked to someone that can proof BetFury's illegitimacy yet he requested to be anonymous. Soon, if this argument wouldn't be disclosed, I might open either a scam accusation thread or a reputation thread. Hope ya'll guys be following me for this issue. Thanks!
A lot of what I have read in the thread is pathetic, seems like a group of other casino promotors that think the crypto world revolves around bitcointalk trying to bring down a legitimate project.
Betfury have proved they mean business, well over 3 million USD paid in dividends, over 1 million USD in cashback, 200k USD You guys are VERY VERY quick to accuse to the point of slander in here.
