The site needs more clicks and views. I just checked where it currently ranks when I search for Cloudbet on Google and it's not even on the first page.

If for example efxes deposited a total 499 BCH then gambled all of it and lost, then deposited a further 1 BCH to gamble but he was denied because it triggered a security alert, would you reimburse the full 500 BCH? Of course you would not do it so it is clear you are using the ToS as leverage to do what you want.
This is the best argument to Cloudbet's recent statement so far.
