My opinion on Pep is I think he’ll move on after this season regardless, he never stays at the same club for too long.
City results are disappointing, unless they succeed to get EPL + CL, I don't think Pep will stay in City. Of course probability this happens is very weak taking on consideration the actual performance and results 
It is still too late for the season to end. As a fan of Man City, I hope they do something good in this EPL. The EPL's journey is still long way off.
There are rumors that Messi will come to Man City next season. If Messi comes then I think Pep will stay in Man City. His relationship with Messi is very sweet. They will want to win the CL title together.
