For trading platforms, I'll not trust any new exchange that didn't have proved themselves to be good at handling situations. Hacks happened for certain exchanges and they have a solution that came quickly for the assurance of the funds. But, we can expect them to be like that most of the time as hacks can happen again even with their stronger security.

What do you determine for yourself? keeping your capital into exchanges? I choose to hold it and use hardware wallets for better assurance that there's no third party holding it for me.
