How did they take your deposit and how much is that? Providing solid proofs of your accusation will be better if you feel of being scammed. Otherwise accuse them like this without any proofs is just like spreading FUD. I have seen no other complains here, if it is true that you are experiencing such issue, have you tried to communicate with the support?
