better if they can do live or non love telecast on t.v . i have seen once but it was a different moba . in that way the quality of the video is good because no loading or buffers are going to experience .

Actually that was happening in the LEC and LCS but if you closely see then you will understand that delays in stream never happened in the LPL and LCK games because of the fact that these games were played in LAN and while the LCS and LEC were played from players at their home so they had to delay stream to maintain the integrity of the game so that no one can cheat the opponent by looking at the stream and knowing exactly where the enemies are located and hence planning according to it.
I don't mind delays in streams as long as they maintain integrity and at worlds as you can see there is absolutely no delay apart from a few seconds which is normal and doesn't matter at all.
