Well you can't always win all the time. Losing is part of the journey. For me the best thing to do is move forward. It would be such a waste to just give up, I mean you've come this far why give up now.
I agree with you, with defeat we have become stronger and tougher. Right? because we have new knowledge of defeat so we learn how to be strong in the future and be more careful when acting.
