Lattice decided to be built on the Constellation network instead of Ethereum because US Air Force partnered with Constellation in August of 2019 and it is big reason to do it
So has this project been running in 2019 until now? I just saw this project and want to find information on this thread.
Constellations Hypergraph (DAG), which Lattice will use to provide scalability and interoperability, is an existing project since 2018 created by the same founders - the mainnet launched in april this year.
