In fact, staying on high stake slots are not good luck for me. Sometimes it causes me stress. So, I lean towards penny slots most of the time while playing. Some people get the most out of their sense of risk. For example, they wager a large amount of money and get the adrenaline rush of realizing a possible loss/win. Your game strategy is good, but it won't work for those people. Maybe there are many such people among high rollers.
Exactly, high rollers then to risk more obviously, as they have a deep pocket, and the rush + adrenaline makes it a perfect combination, well it could stress them as well when they lost, but since they have money to burned, then they have nothing to fear.
But for average gamblers like us, it really won't work, however, for roulette, my lowest is $1, and I don't pay penny slots specially in traditional casino's if I'm really into the groove and have money to gamble, I usually goes for mid to max bet, and see how my luck goes with huge bets.
