Just to add, you need to deposit at least 1 dollar into your account so you can withdraw your funds if I'm not mistaken.
I would like to put little extension on this issue, I guess any amount hardly enough to proceed the next step since deposit at least 1$ is not a mandatory. I have deposited fewer than $1 and it works totally fine.
