It is possible but the chance will depends on the market itself. Some coins will probably pump way higher than that in just 5 seconds and you'll miss it, but if your target is within 1 minute or so it might work just fine (profit or not is another question). Make sure that you ask the developer to build a stop-loss option too. There is also a chance that initial listing you'll get no pump and the MM dumped on you instead.
