Experience investors most likely doesn't want to go on a platform that doesn't run yet and for sure the rampant scamming here affect the mindset of the people so expect them to ask some result to win their trust, but I guess there's no investors will risk their money here so better fund the project until it is 100% done, maybe the one you need for now is those experience guys in marketing and branding the same with investors for sure they will start to work once they see the project is reliable to spend their precious time with.
