It is true that sometimes they are not active on bitcointalk because they are less effective in providing quick responses, so the team is more active in telegram or discord channels so that it is easy to solve problems with fast answers and relevant catches.
Yahoo and Hhampuz on bitcointalk only manage promotions on the forum and still they will send data to be paid not via bitcointalk (maybe) telgram or discord.
So, the two managers have no Control with internal problems.
