AFAIK yahoo was hired to manage the signature campaign only, I did not hear that he is hired by gamdom for other things including to take care of member's issue or managing this thread.
Yahoo may have better communication way to gamdom than other people in this forum so I guess what he can do for this case is to follow up the issue to the admin/owner of gamdom.
IMO there is no other better way for above user except by contacting gamdom support directly.
