That sounds like fun but could go horribly wrong. Imagine being drunk at night and going home in such a cab. I would be losing so much money. Better to leave the credit card at home. But then again a lot of casinos have apps for the phone and it's the same risk. Most of the time I lose money when gambling drunk.
