Why do you think that it's coming from Elon Musk? Do you think he personally approved it or ordered it? I highly doubt that. Yes, he seem to be a bit positive about Bitcoin, but he's no a Bitcoin hyperbull or a real fan of the technology. I think this is pretty insignificant news, especially compared to something like Square's 50M investment.
