Actually it isn't. Your bid of 0.126BTC is invalid as the previous high bid quoted by minerjones is 0.125BTC which makes your increment of 0.001BTC not a valid bid and therefore ignored.

If you're going to attempt to police auctions that are not yours.. at least get it right.
